TMC EU International is an education and consulting firm focused on Germany. Established with the aim of offering new career opportunities to young people in Turkey and providing a solution to the rapidly growing need for qualified human resources in the healthcare sector in Germany, our company opens up international career paths for young healthcare students and experienced healthcare professionals.
We aim to connect students enrolled in vocational high schools and associate degree programs across Turkey with vocational training (Ausbildung) opportunities in Germany. We also support experienced professionals already working in the healthcare sector in starting a new career in Germany.
At TMC EU, we involve our candidates in a comprehensive support process from the very first day they decide to work with us:
- Thanks to our intensive German language school, our candidates receive language training from experienced teachers from A1 to B2 level, while also gaining practical speaking skills.
- Our integration support, which begins on the first day, provides continuous support to each candidate starting their education or career in Germany for at least one year through our professional partner.
Through our collaborations with leading public institutions and private healthcare organizations in Germany, we aim to offer our clients not just a job, but also a safe, planned, and sustainable future.

In a world where inequality is growing, we develop projects to reach disadvantaged groups in terms of education. We will continue to provide financial support to foundations, associations, and institutions that contribute to the education of orphaned children and voluntarily fight against childhood diseases. We prioritize allocating a portion of our annual profits to these organizations and transparently sharing this information on our website.
Environment
Like all commercial enterprises, we are aware that TMC EU’s activities have a direct or indirect impact on the environment. Therefore, we plan our business processes with environmental impacts in mind, reducing energy consumption and minimizing waste. We are pleased to allocate a portion of our commercial revenues to environmental protection projects in the countries where we operate.
