CONSULTING
Initial Application
The first step is quite simple for anyone considering working in Germany.
Simply click on the contact button on our website to contact us via email. Once you have filled out the initial application form that will be sent to you, your eligibility check with the German authorities will be initiated.
Your form will be reviewed by our team of experts at the TMC Germany office. If necessary, you may be asked to provide additional information or documentation. At the end of this stage, you will receive a response indicating whether your application has been accepted or rejected.
No fees are charged at this stage.
Preparing for the Final Application
If the initial assessment is positive, you will be asked to prepare the necessary documents specific to the position you have applied for. You will need to prepare these documents, which can be accessed from the “Forms” section of our website, and submit them to the TMC Turkey office.
Your documents will be reviewed and checked for eligibility for final application. Once approved, the process will move on to the next stage.
Final Application and Registration
At this stage, the process works both ways for Turkey and Germany:
- A customized training program will be designed for you.
- You will be asked to take a free placement test for this planning.
- If deemed necessary, your German language proficiency will be verified by telephone.
- A personalized training program is created based on the results.
The training fee is paid only to TMC's own training institution. No intermediary institutions or partners are involved.
Equivalence and Translation Procedures
The equivalence process is initiated for your professional diploma and education to be officially recognized in Germany.
In addition, all your documents must be translated by translators recognized by the German government in Germany.
Workplace and Residence Procedures
After the equivalence and translation processes are completed:
- The institution you will be working for
- Your accommodation address will be determined and shared with you.
TMC plans and executes the entire process on your behalf at this stage as well.
Visa Procedures
With proof of your German language proficiency, the TMC Germany office will register you under your name.
