TMC EĞİTİM VE DANIŞMANLIK LTD. ŞTİ. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) respects and attaches great importance to the privacy of private life. For this reason, we would like to inform you about the use and protection of your personal data and your rights within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”).
Data Controller
As the Company, we hereby inform you that we process your personal data as a “data controller” within the scope of KVKK No. 6698 and relevant legislation.
Processed Personal Data
Within the framework of the purposes and legal grounds set forth in this Privacy Notice, the categories of personal data to be processed are as follows:
Identity Information: Name, surname
Contact Information: Phone number, e-mail address, mailing address
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
Ensuring that you benefit from the products and services offered by our Company
Recommending products and services to you; conducting market research for sales and marketing
Contacting you to increase the suitability of offers and manage the quotation process
Planning and execution of after-sales services and/or maintenance-support services
Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial security of business relations
Quality monitoring of products and services, and tracking supplied products
Contacting you in case you request information, documents, offers, technical support and/or service
Recording into online software systems used for the Company’s sales and marketing policies
Following and conducting legal proceedings
Executing financial and/or accounting transactions

These processes are carried out on the basis of the legal grounds specified in Article 5(2) of the KVKK, including:
(a) Explicitly stipulated in the law
(c) Necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract
(ç) Necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation
(e) Necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right
(f) Legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred without requiring your explicit consent under Article 8(2)(a) of the KVKK for the following purposes:
To courier companies for delivery of printed documents, who may contact you directly
To public institutions and organizations when required under the relevant legislation
To notaries, enforcement offices, and/or courts for fee collection or in case of legal disputes
To our contracted lawyers for legal proceedings, limited to the extent necessary and under confidentiality obligations
Transfer Abroad
Your personal data, processed on the legal grounds of Article 5(2) of KVKK, may be transferred abroad since our Company’s sales, marketing, and after-sales support services are carried out via online software systems whose databases are located abroad. Such transfers will be made in compliance with Article 9(2) of KVKK, to countries with “adequate protection” as determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority, or to countries where adequate protection is contractually undertaken by the relevant data controllers and approved by the Authority. All transfers will be carried out with due care and by taking all necessary security measures.
Method and Legal Grounds of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data are collected through automatic or non-automatic methods, verbally, in writing, or electronically, based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5(2) of KVKK, for the purposes mentioned above, including:
Filling out forms on our website
Sending e-mails, visiting the website, or contacting us via social media platforms
Using the Company’s Learning Management System (LMS)
Recording calls through our call center
Exchanging business cards during visits, seminars, or events
Receiving referrals from customers, potential customers, or third parties suggesting that we contact you
Rights under Article 11 of KVKK
As the data subject, you have the rights listed in Article 11 of KVKK. You may submit your requests regarding these rights by filling out all required information in the Data Subject Application Form available on our website, and delivering it to our Company in accordance with Article 11 and 13(1) of KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to Data Controllers, through the following methods:
By visiting our Company in person at “1825 Sokak No:5-B Karşıyaka-İZMİR”
By sending a written application via notary or registered mail to verify your identity
By sending an e-mail from your previously notified and registered e-mail address to info@tmceu.com
Or by any other method determined by the Authority in the future
Retention Period of Personal Data
According to our data retention policy, your personal data will be stored for a period of two (2) years, unless a longer mandatory retention period is stipulated by laws and relevant legislation. Upon expiration of this period or when the purpose of processing no longer exists, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of.
Amendments and Updates
This Privacy Notice has been prepared within the framework of KVKK No. 6698 and related legislation. In case of changes to the applicable legislation and/or the Company’s data processing purposes and policies, necessary updates will be made. The most recent version of this Privacy Notice will always be available on our website.
